Overview:

SolarWinds is undergoing a transformation toward our cloud future. This is a pivotal moment in our transformation, converting our customer base to subscription licensing of our flagship software, and acquiring new customers / cross-activating the installed base to our Observability, Service Management, and Database subscription portfolio. We are growing our team to deliver against this strategic vision and maintain our Marketing commitment in support of this transformation.

Your Impact:

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. This team is dedicated to enhancing the performance of our diverse Marketing department. By refining processes, managing large-scale projects, and fostering collaboration, our goal is to establish a structured, methodically planned, and supportive setting that supports our marketing professionals to excel in their areas of expertise while promoting a culture of learning and development. Responsibilities include:

Master Asana: Utilize Asana to its full potential, managing projects and ensuring seamless team collaboration. Workflow Expertise: Establish and optimize end-to-end marketing project workflows, from concept to execution, utilizing a Waterfall/Agile hybrid methodology. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead major marketing projects and campaigns, working closely with various departments to achieve business objectives. PMO Foundations: Contribute to the establishment of a Marketing PMO that will support a greater connection with the business objectives at large. Documentation Developer: Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials that are both thorough and accessible to a variety of audiences. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze projects, processes, and systems and make well-informed recommendations for improvement.

Your Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations and/or Digital Project Management role Expertise in Asana for project management and workflow building Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Exceptional organizational/time management skills Natural ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with Miro and Jira is a plus Experience with budget allocation and financial tracking is a plus Detail-oriented Resourceful Ability to anticipate needs / think 2 steps ahead
