Marketing Operations Specialist

 

This role will report in HO Operations and will have responsibility for the technical support of the digital marketing teams and will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure all operational tasks are delivered on time.

 

What you will be doing:

Work with Jira to manage/prioritise tasks and ensure to meet the expected SLAs. Traffick and conduct quality assurance (QA) on affiliate campaigns (display ads) and Income Access (affiliates' platform). Generate standard/instant reports in DCM and IA. Landing page creation through HubSpot and Tridion. Conduct QA and compliance measures on landing pages. Manage all platform logins/account creation and commercial documentation of the marketing platforms Create SEO promo pages for Paid Social and Programmatic channels Quality - Completeness and correctness of output and reports Timeliness - Reports, projects and payments are delivered on time

 

Who we are looking for:

At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing team: Marketing Operations, SEM, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social, etc. is required. Well organised and great time management skills Worked before with a task management tool e.g. Jira Basic understanding of the Performance Marketing channel, customer journey tracking, pixel tracking, landing pages and how they are being used within marketing campaigns Team player and passionate about digital marketing
