As a member of the Creative Marketing Operations team, you will help establish a unified process for deliverables across all our marketing channels and establish a new content supply chain using Adobe platforms. Responsibilities About the role The Marketing Operations Specialist guides and organizes people and processes that add value to the marketing efforts of GM Financial. This incumbent works closely with Marketing Operations leadership, managers within the team and Marketing Operations Managers to provide the leadership needed in delivering Marketing Operation Team goals of developing and optimizing a unified process; supporting the development of team members with training in tools and best practices; and championing a culture of collaboration. In this role you will: Assist in all aspects of managing small and medium creative marketing projects Assist others in their use of these tools, including but not limited to Workfront, Airtable, Miro, Teams and other Microsoft Office apps as needed Assist with onboarding processes for collaboration tools at all levels Lead occasional sessions to educate marketing team members on changes to processes and tools and to maximize efficiencies Identify and execute ways to resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle Organize and lead effective meetings as needed to help with the planning, visibility and maintenance of marketing projects Help maintain intake processes for requests from business stakeholders Advise internal clients on requirement discovery, project definition, and project planning & timelines Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve processes and use of tools as needed Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes, internal applications, internal and external customer needs and priorities in all marketing efforts Maintain familiarity with marketing concepts, especially online marketing Manage research and delivery of digital marketing tools and solutions Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate?
