Marketing Operations Supervisor
Accountabilities: Marketing: + Project Manage various and multiple marketing projects from start to end + Manage project traffic and prioritization as needed by the business. Monitors daily and weekly capacity of production team via PM tool (ie. monday.com) + Narrative and marketing insight provision of all ongoing LNNA Campaigns (product and segment) to both LBS MNL and US. + Develop thought-leadership ideas and topics, including strategizing and brainstorming campaign ideas + Support the Business unit on marketing plan development, on brand, product or marketing of specialized area + Assist in the development of brand positioning, brand architecture, competitive assessments, customer segmentation, solution brands and building on brand equity or specialized area. + Develop and execute marketing tactics + Assist in the new product launch plans and roll out to customers as applicable. + Align with the Marketing function area needs (PR, customer/prospect communications, web content development) + Leverage existing tools and reports to assist in tracking marketing effectiveness versus objectives + Support the development of monthly department executive reports, financial and customer analysis, quarterly marketing dashboards + Work with team to clearly communicate plans of stakeholders. + Execute special projects/assignments on a needed basis + Collaborate with stakeholders and Operations Manager on planning and Implementation and problem solving + Support the Director of Product Marketing on marketing plan development, on brand, product or marketing of Legal Business Solutions + Initiate and execute process improvements for the business + All other adhoc tasks as assigned Operations: + Assist the manager in achieving or exceeding REPH key initiatives covering operational efficiency, business maturity, leadership culture, customer experience, and culture and branding + Ensure the services provided by the team to stakeholders and customers are within or above the set targets for quality, efficiency, and cost-effective performance. + Provide 2nd level handling of escalation related to operational or functional issues + Continuous Improvement – Lead and implement process improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean or Six Sigma) for the + Operations Standard – support compliance with established processes + Achieve or exceed baseline target of team deliverables per business unit + Manage tools and resources such as hardware, software, online/offline, and materials of the employees + Utilize best practices in tools automation, process improvement and documentation + Receive, review and monitor and manage workload and assignments of his/her team Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree holder + Demonstrated experience supporting or managing marketing or operations campaigns + In-depth understanding of business process and operations + Has substantial leadership skills/experience and can work well with various personalities + Has strong sense of ownership relating to tasks and responsibilities + Willing and can learn new processes and skills needed for the role + Organized and very systematic in handling tasks at hand + Analytical and can provide sound and sensible recommendation for improvement + Proficient trouble-shooting skills + Very proactive in stakeholder management, project ownership and team coordination + Meticulous attention to details + Very decisive and result oriented + Ability to work under pressure + Ability to interpret and understand information in order to see the bigger picture + Willing to work on mid shift LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
