About the role The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as a critical link between the marketing and sales functions, ensuring seamless alignment and operational efficiency. This position encompasses managing systems, processes, and data to support the development and execution of our inbound engine. The role is central to driving pipeline growth, optimizing campaign ROI, and fostering operational excellence. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative spirit while delivering measurable results. What You Will Be Doing + Leading the setup and optimization of our inbound marketing engine, including integrating and managing HubSpot. + Collaborating with sales and marketing to define and enforce rules of engagement and ensure accurate attribution. + Managing, building, and maintaining key prospect lists to ensure data integrity and accessibility. + Assisting in strategy development with leadership. + Partnering with analysts to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights. + Developing and implementing lead scoring models to enhance the efficiency of marketing and sales alignment, ensuring high-quality lead handoffs. + Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. + Driving cross-functional communication and alignment. Skills & Qualification  + Proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a hybrid role with similar responsibilities. + Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, with strong system optimization skills. + Analytical mindset with experience in data gathering, reporting, and actionable insights. + Exceptional organizational and project management skills. + Strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams. + Proven ability to enforce operational standards and processes effectively. + Experience implementing marketing and sales operations best practices to drive efficient growth + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
