How you will make history here…

As a Marketing Performance Insights Analyst at Campbell’s, you will play a foundational role in influencing the way Campbell's communicates with its consumers. This role is focused on maintaining and leveraging a key platform to optimize marketing spend across the Meals & Beverages division. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills especially data transformation and visualization, an ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders, and a passion for storytelling through data. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the marketing strategy for the division, driving best practice standards for informing marketing spend allocation for the division.

What you will do…

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the Marketing Optimization platform for the Meals & Beverages division.Coordinate the data collection, transformation, and quality assurance processes from various sources and ensure their accurate delivery to the vendor.In collaboration with vendor partners and senior insights team members, lead the development and finalization of models to guide marketing allocation decisions.Maintain and enhance dashboards and data sharing processes for business efficiency.Leverage the Marketing Optimization platform capabilities to forecast optimal marketing investment levels.Translate data into compelling stories, simplifying complex analyses for a non-technical audience.Develop innovative methods of integrating this data with other sources to provide a comprehensive analysis of marketing performance.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor's Degree required2+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical skills in data transformation, data management and data visualizationAdvanced proficiency in ExcelProficient in Power BI or similar data visualization platforms (data transformation, preparation, dashboards and visualizations)Strong attention to data detailAbility to multitask and manage priorities based on business needsCreative problem solving abilitiesStrong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

SQL experience is a plusMarket Mix Modeling a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$71,300-$102,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
