The Credit Card Customer Marketing Planning team is responsible building and delivering the customer marketing strategy through direct marketing channels – direct mail, email, online banking, & TD Bank's Mobile App – to drive customer engagement. The Customer Marketing portfolio drives engagement through onboarding, retention, loyalty, customer satisfaction, balance and spend stimulation. Our team collaborates closely with partners to continuously enhance our capabilities and create value at every customer touchpoint.
As a Customer Marketing Planning Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing complex and/or high-risk projects, plans, and campaigns for your Customer Marketing portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for leading the program strategy for reducing cost-to-serve and customer satisfaction. The Customer Marketing Planning Manager provides leadership and strategy for personalized & best-in-class Marketing experiences to deepen the customers' relationships with TD.

The Marketing Planning Manager is accountable for independently developing, implementing and leading cross-functional strategy planning to support moderately complex Marketing portfolios. This position will work closely with the line of business and members of the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans; understands market and growth drivers as well as grows value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage, and translates business strategies into marketing plans.
