Job Overview This role will support the A&M Procurement agenda for RO MU and CE BU and is responsible for supporting the management of agency roster and optimization on Non-working A&M initiatives particularly in the area of agency fees, contracting and reporting. Responsibilities This role will support Advertising and Marketing (A&M) Procurement agenda for Romania and CE (Central Europe) region in optimization in the area of tender facilitation, vendor management, negotiations agency fees, ad production & A&M reporting. Identify efficiency opportunities and understand business needs, focus areas and spend Support brand teams in agency negotiations Develop and maintain preferred supplier lists approved by the category leads and updated annually; socialize the use of the list by brand teams & track adherence Partner with brand teams & legal to lead high standard contracts incl KPI’s with agency partners and contract compliance Suppliers performance management Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures. Control owner for GCS P2P controls ( suppliers selection, contracts & TPDD) P2P Policy Training for Brand Managers Efficiencies tracking and alignment with stakeholders Procurement support for other markets if needed Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience in marketing sourcing or transactional procurement at a FMCG company or alternatively in client service or strategic planning in an advertising agency Some experience with contract negotiations either at the agency end or at a marketer is mandatory Understanding of the Procurement process Bachelor’s Degree in any disciple. Good communication skills and proficiency in English language Romanian language is a plus Analytical skills, business acumen and knowledge of financial fundamentals Capacity to build trustful relationships in all levels of organization Strong people skills and the ability to interact with key stakeholders and build trust at all levels of the organization; Intellectual curiosity and a challenging mind set; Strong business acumen, knowledge of financial fundamentals and analytical skills; Strong negotiation and influencing skills; Interest in Procurement with a view to developing a career in this function; Attention for details Resilience, persistence & curiosity Collaborative mindset
