Brief Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to join the MISKO & Bakery Brands team within the Marketing Department. The individual will be based in Athens and will report to the Marketing Manager MISKO & Bakery.
The Marketing Professional will contribute to defining and implementing the marketing plan of the brand portfolio, according to business strategies and marketing objectives. The individual will aim to cultivate the brand identity and reputation along with meeting the company’s short- and long-term sales, market share and profit goals. Additionally, this person will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (Agencies, Sales & Trade Marketing departments, etc.) to prioritize activities, manage the P&L and ensure business objectives are achieved.
Key Accountabilities
+ Support the Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, communication plans and brand activations to deliver brand goals
+ Take active role in product, category development and portfolio design activities
+ Evolve and execute Digital Marketing strategies
+ Track and analyse the brand performance and communication activities
+ Manage external business partner relations (i.e. media, creative, PR agencies), as needed in development and execution of marketing plans
+ Adapt global materials to local requirements with consideration to legal aspects
+ Support delivery of innovation projects
Qualifications
+ Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
+ 3-4 yeas of relevant experience
+ Project management skills, “can do” attitude and strive for excellence.
+ Creative, innovative, results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated personality
+ Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
+ Previous working experience in Digital Marketing will be considered a plus
+ Out-of-the box mindset
+ Fluency in Greek and English
