The role Key Responsibilities: Global Copilot Program Launch and Orchestration Duration: Temporary position Coordinate the launch of a virtual lab programme in 9 countries, ensuring alignment with the overarching campaign activities. Facilitate discussions and share the programme scope with regional marketing leaders and local communities to ensure a coherent understanding and engagement across regions. Key areas of engagement: Oversee the initial production of essential assets plus corresponding language versions required for our Copilot service offering, including but not limited to workshop content, event build content and promotional and product assets. Coordinate the strategic launch and seamless execution of the programme across all core countries, meticulously scheduling launch dates and overseeing the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with overarching goals and objectives. Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor engagement and success metrics across various stages of the event programme. Support the Head of Partner Marketing with managing different stakeholder groups across multiple regions, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with program objectives. Close collaboration with Product Marketing to align on service offerings and attachment of new product modules. Manage expectations and consolidate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the programme. Develop and distribute communication assets tailored for different audiences, including internal announcements, executive summaries, and regular status updates. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports detailing program progress, engagement metrics, and key insights to stakeholders at regular intervals (under the leadership of partner marketing). What we need to see from you Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different geographies. Experience in running multi-geographical event programmes, preferably in a virtual setting, embedded within broader campaign motions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for crafting clear and compelling messages, managing stakeholder communications, and reporting. Experience in content creation and collateral creation for product and campaign (writing skills and decent PowerPoint skills are of advantage).
