How you make a difference
The Marketing & Communications Manager develops, manages, and executes internal and external marketing and communications strategies in collaboration with various company stakeholders and communicators across all organizational levels. Overseeing and optimizing a company's online presence, including website design, content strategy, and digital marketing efforts to attract and engage potential customers, drive traffic, and achieve business goals through the company website and other digital platforms. Will also execute more traditional marketing efforts in support of the company’s sales teams and product divisions.
Key Responsibilities Manage a range of corporate digital marketing and communication channels, including websites (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), email platforms, intranets, and social media, while planning and executing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and social media.Utilize best practices in advertising, content creation, SEO, branding, and demographic research to enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize communication strategies.Exhibit exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to source and share compelling stories from employees and field locations.Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, working both independently and collaboratively while maintaining quality and accuracy.Apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and adaptability to various situations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or English preferredExperience
Strong understanding of website design principles and UX best practicesProficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or DrupalKnowledge of SEO techniques and strategiesDigital marketing expertise across various channels (social media, email marketing, paid advertising)Excellent project management skillsExperience with project management tools like Liquid Planner, Asana, or Smartsheet.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Licenses/Certifications
