Overview

Summary

The Marketing Program Manager – Field, is responsible for managing and executing field initiatives with sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.  This position communicates corporate marketing initiatives with the field while building and executing a plan for the assigned region(s)/business segment(s) to generate pipeline. It also plays an integral role in building/engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective regional activities that promote growth in the region and in the company.  Additionally, it collaborates cross-functionally to accelerate revenue and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Exercises a wide degree of creativity, is self-directed, and excels in a remote environment with minimum oversight.​

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Partners with Regional Leadership/Sales Ops/Cross Functional Marketing teams to develop, communicate, and execute regional marketing programs that create new opportunities, engage prospects, and advance pipeline opportunities to support revenue growthDefines the goals of each program, manages the budget and timeline, develops demand generation strategy, outlines roles and responsibilities across all stakeholders, and oversees a variety of vendors and venue partners to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality customer experienceProvides detailed and clear ROI reports on events and activities associated with executed programsActs as the primary marketing resource for regional sales and sales engineering teamsCommunicates corporate & regional marketing updates on weekly/monthly sales team calls; serves as the marketing department lead for assigned region(s)/segment(s) Qualifications

Required Qualifications

6+ years of demand generation, field marketing, and/or event marketing experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on execution and resultsExperience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and strategic partnersExcellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externallyStrong planning, organizational, time management skillsAbility to work independentlyProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience with CRM, campaign tracking, and metrics reporting

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, event management or related areasCopywriting experience Project management experienceHubSpot and Graphic Design platform experience a plus-Adobe, Canva Additional Information

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
