The Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for building, executing and managing marketing programs. Your job is to help our channel Sales partners be successful. With strategic direction in mind, this role will initiate and execute new or more complex marketing programs on time/on budget, and it will require a unique combination of marketing experience, business acumen, collaboration, project management and leadership skills. The primary pillars to this role include critical thinking, an execution orientation, relationship building and marketing communication expertise. You will directly contribute to the results of Reseller Marketing.
Create, launch and manage assigned campaigns and marketing programs for targets and account-based marketing treatments.Manage the development and coordination of brand communications for multiple brand migrations expected through 2026-27. Work with teams across the organization to plan, build, and manage project efforts that deliver the brand strategy, drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve goals and objectives. Provide Marketing program development and execution for channel go-to-market strategy. Assist in the development of lead generation and customer retention programs that add incremental value to Deluxe’s mid-market field sales-based channelIdentify and communicate program scope, and ensure schedules, inputs, milestones and outcome objectives are met in a timely manner. Apply appropriate branding and persona criteria.Ensure clear definition of program success, monitor results, resolve issues, and present ideas for optimization of campaigns and tactics.Work with your assigned business segment to interpret and apply strategic plans for lead and demand generation.Support Marketing Program Managers and contribute to marketing strategy development.Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, and 3 years of related experience or HS/GED and 7 years related experience

Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
