Marketing Programs Coordinator
Job Description An employer in CAN is looking for a Marketing Programs Coordinator to join their team. This position will take the lead on making sure the clients Canada-based field events are flawlessly executed by managing the logistical elements of each activity. The responsibilities are as follows: Manage logistics for regional events including customer appreciation activities, third-party conferences, thought leadership opportunities, seminars, executive roundtables, special events, webinars, etc. Travel to select events to manage logistics including but not limited to event set-up, guest check-in, catering, event rental deliveries, signage placement, run of show and other required tasks Locate and research venue options for regional activities and events, and provide proposals to Regional Marketing Programs Manager Submit venue and/or sponsorship contracts for review and approval by Procurement team Manage contract process between the company and partner community for Regional Marketing events Coordinate logistics and supporting event needs with venues and other third-party vendors including but not limited to catering, event rentals, speakers, and presentations Manage event correspondence including: invite distribution, registration updates, and post event communication Assist with pre-event communication to partners, and manage on site coordination with partner community Act as liaison between third-party conference organization and field sales team Responsible for logistical elements of third-party conference sponsorship inclusions (logos, literature, company representative, giveaways, etc.) and ensuring accurate branding Manage the ordering and shipment of all third-party conference materials including booth displays, collateral, marketing giveaways, signage, etc. Follow up with the appropriate parties for post-event debriefs including attendee list and ROI Accounting Functions: Reconciling purchase card monthly Track event expenditures and follow up on payments Work closely with Accounts Payable to provide prompt deposits and payments to third parties Responsible for consolidating and submitting event proof of performance documentation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 3+ years of professional, business marketing experience including event execution Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Business, Communications, or English Strong attention to detail Passion for field marketing and working with sales to drive the business Strong organizational skills, and ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once Experience writing external facing marketing correspondence that supports marketing events, lead generation programs or marketing communication efforts Familiar with lead-upload requirements and CASL compliance Valid Driver's License & Passport Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed Ability to travel at least 15% Reside within Canada Experience working in technology or cybersecurity Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Netusite, Domo, Splash, or similar integrated marketing tools null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
