Marketing Programs Manager
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic venue marketing programs in support of venue business goals; including project management of planning, cross functional collaboration, execution, recapping and budgeting. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities, target audience segments, and market positioning.Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing, Vice President of Sales and National Director of Sales to align event marketing plans with the overall brand and sales strategy.Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, partnerships, etc.) to drive event bookings and engagement.Utilize digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid social advertising, to enhance visibility and attract new clients.Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing collateral, including email templates, digital ads, and promotional materials specific to private events.Prepare and analyze regular reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.Create and foster relationships with 3rd party professional organizations for the promotion and positive positioning of the brand and sales programs.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Experience

Experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in event marketing, hospitality, or a similar industryDrive cross-functional facilitation in a matrixed organizationProject Management tools comparable to Salesforce, Smartsheet or similarProven experience creating and executing marketing plans for multiple locations or business unitsStrong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)Familiarity with the hospitality or events industryExperience networking, building and maintain relationships with stakeholders, industry influencers and partners.
