We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis and contribute to the successful execution of our marketing projects. Job Summary: The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the project management and execution of various marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is onsite in Sandy Springs, GA, working four days per week. Responsibilities: + Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects, including campaigns, content creation, events, and digital initiatives. + Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines and milestones. + Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project assets. + Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders. + Meeting Management: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. + Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes. + Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses. + Asset Management: Organize and manage project assets, ensuring they are readily accessible to the team. + Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines. + Reporting: Generate regular project status reports and identify potential risks or issues. + Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. + 1-3 years of experience in marketing project coordination or a similar role. + Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. + Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude. + Experience working with an in-house agency or supporting multiple brands is a plus. + Must be able to work onsite in Sandy Springs, GA, four days per week.
