What We’re Looking For:
Excited about driving innovative hotel marketing strategies, the Hotel Marketing Project Coordinator plays a key role in executing dynamic campaigns that bring Loews Hotels’ vision to life. Reporting to the Senior Director, Hotel Marketing Strategy, you'll collaborate with property-based Directors of Sales & Marketing and defined hotels in our portfolio. Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables across CRM, Digital, PR, Advertising, and eCommerce, while ensuring impactful execution and seamless communication among all teams.

What You’ll Do:

Support the execution of marketing initiatives as outlined in the hotels’ Sales and Marketing plans

Assist in compiling monthly reporting/commercial plans including success metrics and comprehensive notes

Compile data on comp set helping glean important insights

Research potential partnerships for specific hotel programming

Ensure the hotels’ online presence is optimized and make suggestions for best practices

Collaborate on content ideation for use on CRM, Digital, social and other channels

Own tasks related to top line revenue growth supporting the Sales and Marketing plans

Help create synergies within the hotels to achieve marketing objectives

Work with our In house design studio to create property specific collateral

Ad hoc projects as requested by DOHMS to support the hotels’ success

Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar comprising various disciplines

Close collaboration with Hotel DOSMs, Area PR Directors, and Digital/CRM team to achieve property specific goals

Maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with colleagues and related departments

Attend all required meetings and/or training sessions and maintain regular attendance in compliance with Loews Hotels & Co standards

Comply with required departmental and company policies, procedures and service standards and safety regulations and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, and/or communications strongly preferred

Two to three years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality sector

Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience writing copy that aligns with brand and property strategies/needs

Highly detail oriented with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Must be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, take a proactive approach, and anticipate needs

Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to maximize efforts towards productivity

Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines and identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions

Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with both internal and external clients required
