Role Overview:

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of global marketing integrated campaigns across multiple media channels. This role will manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time, with all necessary assets and materials in place.
This is a highly operational role, requiring strong project management skills, organization, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Timeline Management
Develop and maintain timelines for project deliveries, ensuring all marketing campaign assets and materials are delivered on schedule.
Track key milestones and deadlines, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any potential roadblocks.
2. Cross-Team Coordination & Execution
Act as the central execution lead, ensuring all teams involved in a campaign (e.g., Digital Programs, CRO, Product Marketing, Pricing, eCommerce, Design, and Digital Experience Team) are aligned on project requirements and deadlines.
Facilitate smooth communication between teams to ensure that assets, media placements, and campaign materials are delivered and implemented on time.
Work closely with regional teams to ensure the adaptation and localization of campaigns where necessary.
3. Campaign Execution & Operational Support
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, including Display, Direct Buy Deals, Native Ads etc.
Handle campaign setup in internal automated campaign management platform for the Consumer Solutions Group portfolio to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Ensure all required buying links, creative assets, landing pages, and tracking parameters are in place before campaign launches.
Maintain a structured workflow process to ensure efficient delivery of campaign materials or other projects that it is involved in.
4. Process Management & Workflow Optimization
Establish and maintain best practices for campaign and other projects execution, ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation in Confluence for all campaign workflows, asset requirements, and execution processes.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in projects execution and propose solutions to improve workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Project Management & Technical Skills
1-3 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
Strong ability to manage timelines, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure smooth execution of each project.
Proven experience working with marketing workflows, asset coordination, campaign implementation, and tracking setup.
·       Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring flawless execution.
Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments with multiple projects rollouts.
Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition funnels.
·       Experience using Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Collaboration & Communication
·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
·      Good understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid, Organic, In-Product Messaging, Email, Social) to ensure a smooth collaboration and clear communication with each stakeholder.
·      Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive approach to project execution.
·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
