This team focuses on developing strategies that engage subscribers and enhance brand affinity. Create work-back schedules for key deliverables, such as briefs, concepts, and campaign assets. Oversee the coordination, trafficking, and QA of campaign materials, ensuring timely delivery. Assist with financial tasks, including expense reconciliation and invoice processing. Manage partner onboarding and maintain organized documentation of marketing materials. General team support such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, assisting in creating marketing decks and materials, and taking on additional marketing projects as assigned Support documentation efforts, helping to gather, organize and archive key marketing materials. Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders including, but not limited to, Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, PR, and media agencies. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a marketing or creative project manager. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
