We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support an International Oncology Marketing team. This role is critical in ensuring the success of brand and franchise initiatives by managing key projects, coordinating meetings, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Provide project management support for Franchise Operations and International Brand Teams (INBT/SIGs). Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, events, and communications for international marketing initiatives. Manage annual calendars and align efforts with major milestones in the brand cycle (e.g., LRP, Brand Planning, Brand Meetings). Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports on brand milestones. Maintain and update SharePoint sites with the latest content. Develop a strong understanding of the oncology landscape, business objectives, and industry challenges. Oversee budget tracking and financial management for the INBT. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of project or program management experience. Strong organizational and planning skills (calendar management, meeting coordination, agenda setting). Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of marketing team functions and workflows. Excellent note-taking and documentation skills. Budget management experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sciences, or a Commercial-related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus. Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and product launches is highly desirable. Skills: Project Management Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing. Product launch cycles.
