Responsibilities

The Marketing Project & Operations Supervisor will be responsible for working with the Marcom Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business unit. Leads and directs the work of the Administrative Assistant.

Essential Job Functions

Participate as a member of the leadership team, and support management to uncover business needs and objectives, influencing appropriate operational strategies, and identifying opportunities to streamline and create workflow efficiencies that impact marketing initiatives.Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation, tracking, and corrections.Take multifaceted project strategies and create a well thought out plan to meet project timelines and deadlines.Document and prioritize marketing initiatives, processes, and workflows - recommending appropriate changes to optimize team success and impact.Evaluate and implement improvements in the sales administration process, and enhance team's working efficiency, in partnership with the Marcom ManagerActive risk management from project start to finish.Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.Engage and motivate key project stakeholdersDeliver clear and tactful reports and briefings to VP of Sales, Marcom Manager, and key stakeholders to ensure all parties are aware of project status and plans moving forward.Meet project deadlines with appropriate quality assurance on all deliverables.Monitor project budget performance and staff utilization regularly through the project life-cycle.Participate and lead relevant meetings to ensure stakeholders and team members are aware of project specifics and deliverables. Qualifications In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policiesProficient in MS OfficeAn analytical mind with problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesA team player with leadership skillsAbility to motivate a team and provide specific goalsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work with a global team and cultural awarenessAbility to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of informationExperience using CRM/marketing automation technology to drive business results, including CRM databases. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration or business managementProven experience as administration manager3 years of marketing experience preferred.
