Marketing & Promotions Associate-Station Partnerships

The Marketing & Promotions Associate will be part of the Partnerships group for Lazada Logistics’ First Mile department. The main responsibility of the role will be the formulation of marketing initiatives, ensuring brand compliance, and the creation of key visuals to effectively promote the partnership programs of Lazada.
He/she will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create designs and visuals that are relevant and appropriate to the target audience and drive business growth objectives.
The Marketing & Promotions Analyst will report to the Partnerships Manager, for all major creative decisions and approvals, but he/she will do most of his/her work independently, using his/her professional judgment to manage the day-to-day details of their projects.
Branding & design
1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
2. Understanding campaign briefs and providing creative art direction.
3. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style and submitting them for approval.
4. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for Station advisories, promotions, and collaterals.
5. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
6. Cascade key visuals to various dimensions appropriate to specific channels (online and offline).
7. Adaptation of key visuals to create iterations for different Station partners.
8. Ideate concepts and campaigns with strategic thought and creative articulation for digital.
9. Develop branded content, motion graphics, key visuals, and creative mockups for campaigns and proposals.
10. Self-motivated to learn new techniques and skills, research new trends, and help the team to develop new innovative concepts.
11. Ability to self-manage to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward.
12. Leverage data & learnings to inform the creative process and final designs.
Marketing & Promotions
1. Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences.
2. Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness.
3. Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels.
4. Review promotions and positioning of services to suggest improvements.
5. Design advertising campaigns for new products/services.
6. Coordinate the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material.
Market Trend Analysis:
1. Conduct competitive benchmarking activities.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices that may impact our competitive position.
3. Identify and report on market opportunities by evaluating shifts in customer needs and competitor strategies.
Cross-functional Involvement
1. Coordinating with Lazada’s Creatives Team as necessary.
2. Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design.
3. Work closely with project managers to ensure clear understanding and delivery of creatives per project.
