Description We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our client in the Professional Services industry, located in Dallas, Texas. You will be instrumental in supporting the development of business proposals and marketing materials and will play a key role in the planning, development, and production of qualifications and proposals in response to public and private sector requests. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Proposal Lead and Capture Manager in the development and production of Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s). • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, and other collateral. • Ensure all content, including proposals and marketing materials, are free of errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting, and maintain consistency in style and quality. • Contribute to the design and development of effective graphics, templates, and visuals for proposals. • Regularly update and maintain the marketing department’s databases of proposal content. • Utilize Adobe InDesign to create and edit proposal layouts and visuals. • Work on the RFP process from the beginning stages of gathering information to the final stages of crafting responses. • Develop and update existing marketing materials for optimal presentation and effectiveness. Requirements You could be a good fit for the role if you meet the following requirements: + 1+ years of marketing experience in an AEC company. + Experience designing proposals. + Experience with technical writing.
