Marketing Proposal Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Proposal Manager in the Services industry, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will manage the efforts of the team in preparing proposals, responses, and submittals, and conduct targeted marketing activities. This role also involves managing sales and proposal reports and overseeing a team of coordinators and a designer. Responsibilities: • Oversee the drafting, technical writing, and submission of proposals and other marketing materials. • Supervise the team's efforts in preparing responses, submittals, and proposals. • Ensure compliance and implement proposal strategies, resolving any internal team issues that may arise. • Manage and provide training to new proposal coordinator staff. • Maintain the proposal schedule to ensure all deadlines are met. • Manage assignments on the Proposal Assignments Planner. • Oversee proposal opportunities and update pursuit spreadsheets and proposal logs for various sectors. • Act as the liaison between Legal, Accounting, and Marketing departments to enhance Marketing Communication and representation in internal projects. • Utilize skills in 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, About Time, Budget Processes, Business Development, and Communication. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M, a must for effective project organization and management. • Strong capability in Adobe Acrobat, essential for editing and managing digital documents. • Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings, necessary for efficient remote collaboration. • CRM knowledge, crucial for managing client relationships and data. • Understanding of Data Mining Techniques, to extract and analyze business intelligence. • Proficiency in About Time, to ensure effective time tracking and project management. • Knowledge of Budget Processes, for accurate financial planning and control. • Experience in Business Development, to help identify and secure new growth opportunities. • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies. • Strong sense of Compliance, to ensure all business activities adhere to laws and regulations.
