**Key Responsibilities:**
**Marketing Strategy Development:**
+ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive awareness, occupancy, and revenue.
+ Align marketing strategies with the hotel's positioning and global brand standards.
+ Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
**Public Relations & Media Engagement:**
+ Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
+ Coordinate press releases, media kits, and news updates to ensure consistent messaging.
+ Oversee the organization of press events, media tours, and familiarization trips.
**Digital Marketing:**
+ Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
+ Optimize digital marketing efforts through analytics and performance tracking.
+ Collaborate with e-commerce teams to drive bookings and promotions.
**Brand Management:**
+ Ensure all marketing and public relations materials align with InterContinental brand standards.
+ Act as the hotel’s brand ambassador, fostering a consistent and positive brand image.
**Campaigns and Promotions:**
+ Create and implement innovative campaigns to promote hotel offerings, events, and seasonal promotions.
+ Collaborate with F&B, Spa, and other departments to support their marketing needs.
**Budget Management:**
+ Prepare and manage the marketing and public relations budget.
+ Track return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and report results to management.
**Community Engagement:**
+ Represent the hotel in community events and partnerships to enhance local relationships.
+ Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in alignment with the hotel’s values.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
+ Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and PR tools.
+ Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
+ Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
