Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour dependent on experience
We are looking for a Marketing Representative for our growing Physical Therapy company.
The purpose of the role is to generate new PT patients through 3 strategies:
Reactivating past patients
Encouraging word-of-mouth referrals
Cold market audiences
For past patient reactivation, the representative will be responsible for outreach efforts. These include mailed newsletters, emails, and text campaigns. (Yes, we still use snail mail)
As for word-of-mouth referrals, they will conduct patient interviews. This is by phone. They will manage a "refer-a-friend" program. We write hand-written thank-you cards to patients who refer their friends and family.
For cold traffic marketing, the representative will be having conversations with potential patients on the phone and at in-house workshops.
The ideal candidate for this role should own excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text. They will be interacting with past, current, and potential patients.
Marketing degree is NOT required. Basic skills in social media is essential. Additionally, an affinity for physical therapy is desirable.
