IFS is a network of specialist support professionals, which includes Clients & Markets, Finance, Human Capital, Marketing & Communications, Office Management, Risk & Quality, Technology, to name but a few. Each function plays a vital role in making sure we have all the right resources, services and technology across our business.
Function and Overview
As a Marketing and Communications team with over 50 specialists across the Middle East, our role is to support the firm to deliver upon its strategy ‘The New Equation’. We’ve set out an ambitious purpose and strive to live it everyday: to solve important problems and build trust in society.

Job Summary:


Support the Line of Service (LoS) Marketing Managers, specifically Tax & Legal Services, to effectively position their LoS in the external market by delivering on their strategic marketing plans and campaign activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

Support in the implementation of the LoS annual marketing plans Support the development of clear and impactful copy for thought leadership publications, marketing materials, articles, blog posts and event invitationsSupport on relevant campaigns to improve and elevate the customer experience eg. email distribution, social media posts, creative direction, project managementSupport on major projects as and when requiredBecome an expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud - crafting customer journeys to enhance the customer experience Assist with Industry business related events, sponsorships and conferencesAssist in the marketing material production process, working closely with designers, printers and other third party suppliersWorking with the web team, maintain all website content for the LoSSupport internal LoS events Support in the development of monthly reports and industry related market researchAbide and follow the brand of PwC Middle East  and ensure that all work is aligned to the overall corporate brand identityProactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProvide support and assistance to the wider team if and when required, ensuring you are agile in your role to build up wider Marketing and Communication capabilitiesIncluding such other duties that may be assigned to you by your manager
