What You'll Do
As a Change & Communications Senior Coordinator within the Change and Transformation Capability in the central Practice Area (PA) team, you will be fully responsible for the preparation and execution of the complex central PA internal communication and culture change agenda. You will be working in close collaboration with the Central PA Change and Communications leadership and aligning closely with the PA COO, their leadership team, and the Global Practice Management Leadership across PAs. This includes the execution and support of Townhalls, live and virtual social events, end-to-end ownership of employee communication and engagement initiatives and ideation, including driving the mentorship program and RnR (Rewards & Recognition) for Practice Area Management & Operations (PA M&O) organization.
You will actively prepare first drafts of various internal communications, aligning with a variety of stakeholders. You will manage content distribution through e-mail, Slack and other internal communication channels.
