Introduction to the team
The Consulting Marketing Senior Manager collaborates with practice, marketing and sales leadership to direct marketing and growth initiatives across the Strategy, Technology and Operations Practice, raising awareness and driving demand for Moss Adams in the marketplace. This position provides strategic and operational leadership, often holding broader practice, team leadership, and/or program responsibilities.

Create and lead marketing strategies across assigned practices (regions, industries or services), ensuring approach supports practice growth goals and is aligned with the firm’s overall marketing and brand strategyCollaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to drive integrated marketing strategies through varied channels, including content marketing, advertising, digital marketing, media relations, collateral and events/sponsorshipsDirect marketing planning and budgeting process across practices, and report performance against strategic goals and financial planLead other marketing personnel, providing mentoring and performance management in addition to supporting the development of an effective team culture. Collaborate with other leaders to address personnel training needsAnalyze marketing results for assigned practices and drive change to increase effectivenessFacilitate sharing and implementation of best practices across assigned practices and functionProvide sales and marketing department leadership, directing initiatives and/or collaborating with other functional leaders to guide sales and marketing department operations and strategic approachDirect execution of client experience, communication and other growth initiatives in coordination with national marketing and sales resourcesServe as a brand ambassador, helping others better understand and articulate the firm’s brand positionQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in marketing, communications, business or related field preferredMinimum of 10 years related experience with progressive marketing responsibility, including leadership and/or management responsibilities; experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
