WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

3+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, or category support roles.Strong background in portfolio analysis, initiative management (NPL introduction, launches), retail performance tracking, and brand content deployment.Familiarity with SFP category dynamics and consumer trends is a plus.Proven project management skills, including coordination of complex, multi-market initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience as a SPOC or similar role.Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel and Power BI for data analysis and performance monitoring.High attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.Solid understanding of marketing processes, especially around product launches and portfolio management.Effective in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Proactive, adaptable, and able to lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Portfolio Management & Performance

Conduct portfolio performance assessments to identify growth opportunities and optimize category strategy.Support NPL (New Product Launch) and LPE (Launch Post Evaluation) analysis to ensure successful market entry and post-launch tracking.Perform RGM (Revenue Growth Management) analysis to inform pricing and promotional strategies.Assist in MSF creation, submission quality and updates.Manage RPC & CPC calendar submissions to align with planning cycles

 

Retail Management (Direct & Indirect)

Monitor retail performance across direct and indirect channels.Provide activity overviews for retail initiatives and campaigns.Analyze F2F performance to improve field execution and customer engagement

 

Brand Content Deployment

Track and report on brand content performance across platforms.Ensure deployment oversight and quality assurance for all brand materials.Conduct deployment report analysis to inform future content strategies and improvements.
