Marketing Services Manager

In the role of Marketing Service Manager, we'll count on you to:

• Assist with duties related to development and management of a large marketing program
• Work directly with marketing leadership to develop leads, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate business strategies
• Facilitate internal and external client meetings and relationship management in support of transportation pursuits
• Provide storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuits
• Actively participate in content for business class and marketing materials development
• Ensure that proposal submittal schedules are met and that various aspects of the proposals (technical scope, staff qualification and experience, biographical data, government forms, contract terms and conditions) are properly presented
in a timely fashion
• Coordinate with the overall team regarding procedures and processes for identification, screening, and selection of pursuits.
• Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate
• Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing
• Maintain compliance with company brand standards and quality control procedures
• Lead staff as necessary to coordinate and complete all or any part of proposals and presentation documents, manage specified clients, programs or initiatives, prepare management reports, and monitor budgets as needed
• As a supervisor with direct reports, your primary responsibility is to effectively manage and devel-op your team members, providing clear direction, support, and guidance to ensure their success and the achievement of organizational goals
• Represent marketing when required at internal and external client meetings and functions
• Assist with client assignments, tracking
• This role is available with a hybrid schedule (3 day in-office minimum requirement)
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 5 years progressive management experienceDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional servicesRequired Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight  Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
