Marketing Services Specialist

We are looking for a detail oriented and data-driven Marketing Services Specialist to join the Allianz Trade marketing team. The role is an integral function of our demand generation team and is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration across Marketing, Sales Ops, Product, Creative/Brand, and Sales. This role will be expected to deliver support, automate processes, and analyze data to allow core marketing functions to focus on delivering value. They will be a key player in identifying areas to streamline operations and help drive sustainable growth. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage marketing automation platform (Marketo) to streamline and (and automate) marketing processes and best practice Build and optimize marketing processes and operations workflows with various tools, including Marketo, SFDC, and other third-party tools and technologies to enable marketing programs Maintain and optimize a scalable campaign framework in Marketo Support Americas marketing teams in pipeline generation activities (primary support to US and subject matter expert for Canada and Brazil) Monitor Marketo performance to ensure smooth, consistent operations Partner with Sales and BDR teams to leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency, contact outreach, engagement and effectiveness within target accounts Generate regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement Support the lead lifecycle by optimizing funnel tracking and multi-touch attribution Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion across the lead generation and sales funnel Address operational challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day execution and strategy, ensure best in class processes are established on new or updated programs Become an expert in Marketo and collaborate with internal Group to provide consistency of lead management processes Conduct compliance audits to ensure processes are being followed to ensure data cleanliness and integrity

 

Key Skills and Experience:

 

Marketo proficient: intermediate knowledge of Marketo and the digital marketing landscape to understand the customer journey, sales funnels, and marketing strategies in order to better align Sales & Marketing. Broad hands -on experience across corporate marketing (web, field, events, creative, ops, product, and PR, is a plus). Problem Solver: Passionate about identifying new ideas/innovations and resourceful and resilient when working to implementing creative solutions needed to produce desired outcomes. Knowledge Seeker: Monitor digital marketing trends closely and conduct research to learn more about your target audience and market trends to identify new opportunities for revenue generation. Data-Driven: Strong experience in a combination of analytics tools to identify campaigns' strengths and weaknesses. This could include using channel-specific analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and similar tools. Experience with multi-touch attribution, analytics, measurement, and testing. Team Player: You're able to communicate effectively, build strong working relationships with cross-department teams, and collaborate to accomplish shared goals. Understand the marketing and sales relationship. Project management skills: Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into trackable marketing campaigns. Experience effectively working with multiple 3rd parties. Laisse with global parent to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders and ensure details and projects are being fulfilled. Technical and CRM acumen: Up to date on best practices and technologies that drive efficiency through automation and ensuring data integrity across systems. Has assessed and implemented major components of digital marketing stack. SFDC, Marketo, Adobe product suite, PM tools, etc.

 

Key Requirements:

 

5+ years of B2B marketing experience either in marketing operations or demand generation within a corporate marketing team Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM, specifically Marketo and SFDC A strong commitment to teamwork Ability to adapt quickly to requirement changes •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Creative thinker, resourcefulness and organizational skills Self-motivated, positive, confident, can-do attitude

Compensation range:

$70,000k-$85,000k

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary ranges are only one component of our total compensation package.
