You could be the next addition to our incredible team! **Is this the role for you?** The Marketing & Social Intern will join the Marketing & Social team at Paramount Iberia. This department is responsible for promoting Paramounts top content across its TV channels and streaming services, leading social media strategies, and supporting events. The intern will collaborate with various departments, including Programming, Creative, Communications, and Business, while also working closely with international teams. This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing & Social Director. **What will you be doing?** + Support campaign projects by working with agencies across all aspects, including social, editorial, creative, communications, and events. Assist in crafting materials, tracking progress, and learning from campaigns. + Assist in social strategy, including content selection, content calendars, and choosing the best social creatives tailored to each platform to improve reach and engagement. Analyze results and performance. + Participate in media buying selection. + Contribute to influencer marketing strategy and agency coordination. + Support company events to improve visibility and sales. + Provide reports for international teams. + Assist in the creation of exclusive merchandising. **What are we looking for?** + Bachelors degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, or Digital Marketing. + Proficiency in Spanish and English. + Strong communication skills. + Passion for series, kids' content, music, or online content. + Proactive and dynamic personality with initiative. + Ability to multitask. + Autonomous and dedicated. + Eager to learn. Este departamento es responsable de la promocin del contenido estrella de los canales de televisin y del streaming de Paramount, as como de liderar estrategias en redes sociales y brindar soporte en eventos. El/la becario/a colaborar con varios departamentos, incluyendo Programacin, Creatividad, Comunicacin y Negocios, adems de trabajar estrechamente con equipos internacionales.
