We are seeking an agile, proactive, and team-oriented Marketing Solutions Lead for Rheumatology to join our commercial department in Switzerland. This is a remote position, with regular opportunities to connect with colleagues during periodic office days at our Bulle site.
About the role
As a Marketing Solutions Lead for a newly launched innovative biologic, you will play an important role in shaping the future of rheumatology care, supporting healthcare professionals, and contributing to our company’s success. You will lead the development of customer-focused solutions that improve patient outcomes and advance healthcare.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Lead for Rheumatology, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team that includes Key Account Managers and an Administrative Coordinator. Your role will be highly cross-functional, working closely with teams across Medical, Market Access, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and alignment of strategies.
What you’ll do
You possess in-depth knowledge of the disease, medical products, and competitive market, acting as the motor and ambassador of our brand among colleagues and stakeholders.You will develop and implement local omnichannel brand strategies and tactics aligned with global guidance and adapted to local insights.You will map and understand the customer and patient journey, address therapy initiation hurdles, and engage regularly with stakeholders to monitor impact through KPIs.You will develop customer-centric solutions within cross-functional strategic account planning.You will support the execution of the omnichannel marketing mix, including digital initiatives, field sales activities, and promotional materials.You will monitor brand and market performance, adjust plans to meet growth objectives, optimize promotional investments, and ensure budget compliance.

Minimum bachelor's degree in a medical scientific field or business administration3-5 years of experience as a brand manager in pharmaceutical specialty care, with a proven track record in product launches or relaunches and expertise in omnichannel marketing.Strong communication skills, you are fluent in English and German (French knowledge desirable).You have a strategic and analytical mindset and are able to develop and implement long-term strategies in line with business objectives.You pay attention to detail, ensuring all brand communications and materials are accurate and consistent and you use your proactivity to take initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems before they arise.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
