Marketing Specialist, Brand Activation - Coleman, Campingaz
**Job ID:** 4163 **Alternate Locations:** Czech Republic-Prague-Prague Location: Prague, CZ Reports to: Sr. Marketing Manager Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working system **Your Role & Team in a Nutshell** As a Marketing Specialist, Brand Activation, you will prepare drafts of 360 activation plans and submit for approval for brands **Campingaz** and **Coleman** in central Europe, Nordics and Middle East and Africa. You will handle consumer promotions, promotional packs, in-store activation and brand communication assets including creative design of all "Bellow the Line" (BTL) assets. Your goal is to support the "go to market" aspects of marketing as well as driving maximum consumer demand and market share within assigned category. You will be part of marketing team of four, while collaborating with sales teams in different countries. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. **Your Key Responsibilities:** + **Trade & Channel Strategy** : Execute plans and projects aligned with cluster, trade, and channel strategic priorities. Apply and execute category management best practices. Conduct market research on products and competitors. + **Annual Execution** : Implement the category plan. + **Consumer Promotion** : Track promotional budgets and support consumer promotions deployments. + **Brand Communications** : Propose the Annual Brand Activation plan and priorities in cooperation with the Sr. Marketing Manager. Manage creative development, briefs, and related content in support of Brand Communications. Coordinate online communication across markets. + **In-Store Activation** : Support the deployment of in-store activities, develop and execute in-store materials, and manage the annual plan of in-store activation in cooperation with the Sr. Marketing Manager. Monitor, correct, evaluate, and share best practices for in-store activation activities. + **New Product Launch and Monitoring** : Plan NPDs for the region in cooperation with the segment. Prepare assets for product launches in accordance with project timelines. Monitor the distribution of assets, including digital, physical, and copy. Proactively provide relevant inputs for the responsible area. + **Marketing Development** : Track brand metrics to ensure activation aligns with objectives and metrics. + **Budget Execution** : Propose budgets in cooperation with the Sr. Marketing Manager, including key initiatives and budget splits (media, in-store, sampling, etc.). Regularly track budgets. + Additional Responsibilities: Communicate issues and deploy agreed-upon resolutions related to SKU reductions. Suggest possible substitutions according to customer needs. Manage the annual export catalogue creation. Track and analyse ROI performance. Work closely with the Sales team to manage and organise the annual distributor meeting and support the Export Sales Team in preparing customer and product presentations. **What You’ll Need** **Minimum:** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. + Proven experience in similar marketing roles (brand activation and/or trade marketing). + Good command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Fluent in English (written and spoken) + Flexible to travel domestically and internationally for business meetings **Your advantage:** + Experience in consumer promotions and in-store activation. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Knowledge of German or French. **What You Gain** Newell Brands has a strong footprint in the EMEA region, with several thousand employees spread over many corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
