We are seeking a committed professional to join our team and provide vital marketing assets to support our branch and marketing business partners. You will play a crucial role in protecting our brand and optimizing marketing effectiveness by supporting the development of efficient processes. Coordinating the production of flyers and catalogues, collaborating with vendors, and acquiring assets from the US team will be part of your responsibilities. What you will do:

Provide necessary marketing assets to support branch and marketing business partners.Ensure the protection of the brand and optimize marketing effectiveness.Support the development of processes, form and tools to enhance production efficiencies.Acquire assets and tools from the US team as necessary.Coordinate the production of flyers and catalogues from concept to execution and delivery.Collaborate with vendors to obtain product content and advertisements as needed.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in production processes.Process invoices as required by business partners to ensure appropriate allocation.Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion of all tasks.Develop and manage workback schedules to ensure all marketing projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pivot projects and strategies based on evolving business needs and priorities.

What you will bring:

2+ years of experience in marketing or a related roleUndergraduate degree or college diploma is requiredExperience in a marketing production and managementAbility to work collaboratively across departmentsExperience in managing external agenciesExperience working with vendors and managing marketing assetsStrong written verbal and presentation skillsCreative problem solvingBilingual an asset
