Your Role:

As the Marketing Specialist for Global Partner Marketing, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of communication strategies and initiatives targeted at our global channel partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, manage communication channels, and ensure alignment with channel marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of channel dynamics, and a passion for delivering impactful communications to drive partner engagement and loyalty.

Your Impact:

Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content tailored for global channel partners, including newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, and social media posts, to communicate key messages, promotions, and updates. Communication Planning: Assist in the development of communication plans and calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messages to channel partners, aligning with marketing campaigns and business priorities. Channel Partner Engagement: Coordinate communication activities to engage and nurture relationships with channel partners, including welcome kits, onboarding materials, and regular updates on product launches, promotions, and incentives. Communication Channels Management: Manage communication channels such as partner portals, email distribution lists, and social media groups, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and effectively reaches target audiences. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including channel marketing, product marketing, sales, and enablement, to gather information, coordinate content creation, and ensure alignment of messaging and branding. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, track engagement metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to optimize communication strategies and drive partner engagement. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from channel partners on communication effectiveness, content preferences, and areas for improvement, and use insights to continuously enhance communication strategies and tactics. Compliance and Brand Guidelines: Ensure all communication materials and activities adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and partner program policies to maintain consistency and integrity of the brand.

Your Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or channel marketing roles, preferably in a global context. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored for different audiences and channels. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
