We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Intern to provide administrative support to our EMEA Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to marketing operations in a fast-paced, international environment. The role focuses on assisting with key administrative and support, making it ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing within the financial services sector.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing / Events activities:
Assist with day-to-day marketing activities, including managing schedules, maintaining databases, and preparing materials for marketing campaigns and events
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, such as webinars and conferences across EMEA countries
Support the team in implementing marketing campaigns by handling routine tasks like updating templates, tracking progress and project management, and collating results
Help draft and proofread basic marketing materials, including email templates, landing pages, and social media posts, under the guidance of senior team members
Assist in maintaining communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Use marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to update records, track campaign data, and generate reports as needed
Required Skills or Certifications
We’re seeking a professional with:
A keen interest in learning about marketing operations in the financial services sector
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office; experience with platforms like Salesforce and Marketo is a plus but not required
A collaborative mindset and willingness to take direction and support team members
Any prior exposure to event planning or logistics coordination is advantageous but not essential
Skill Development Opportunities
Events management – planning and coordinating events across Europe
Creative writing – drafting copy for social media posts, third party emails and building landing pages
Marketing experience – building knowledge from campaign development to reporting
