Job Purpose
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global Digital Events , the Marketing Specialist for digital events will assist in planning, managing, implementing, and measuring AVEVA’s global webinar program. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring our digital events align with AVEVA’s brand identity, and provide the highest quality content and value to our audience.
This Marketing Specialist for digital events will help drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives marketing pipeline, leads, and revenue results, while also increasing audience loyalty.
The position includes collaborating with stakeholders and strategy managers to create, manage, and optimize digital events/webinars that achieve the AVEVA’s marketing and sales objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
Collaborate with demand strategy managers, field marketing, and product marketing teams to produce compelling, authentic webinars for key phases of the buyer's journey
Assist with maintenance in the global webinar editorial calendar, and provide guidance to stakeholders: from content architecture and production processes, from promotion to rehearsal and Q & A
Managing and executing editing of supplied or recorded video content for reuse and setup of webinars from registration landing pages, and emails, to the webinar platform
Supporting live webinar broadcasts, from prepping contributing stakeholders to recording, moderating as required and managing the live webinar through to Q & A and wrapping up
Finding innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content created within the webinar program
Construct and sync marketing automation campaigns with webinar platforms (Marketo, CRM)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience/knowledge
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise B2B technology sector
Strong understanding of B2B marketing with the ability to integrate digital events into broader marketing campaigns and strategies
An organized individual with strong attention to detail and focus on quality of results
A self-motivated individual; a good team player; someone who takes accountability and ownership of their own work
Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting
Comfortable with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
Comfortable configuring and utilizing UCaaS and webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams) is a plus
