About the Role
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in planning and executing marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on event marketing and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various events, including conferences, trade shows, and webinars.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling event materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through targeted email campaigns, follow-up communications, and nurturing initiatives.

- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing and lead generation.

- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and initiatives to support business growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing and/or lead generation roles.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

- Creativity and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
