Do you love pizza, technology, and digital marketing? Sal’s Pizza is currently seeking an exceptional marketing specialist to join our team at our sprawling Riverwalk Innovation District campus on the North Andover line. You will report to our Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications and work with our design and copywriting team for support. We are an “all hands-on deck” team, so a broad range of experience and willingness to step outside your role to help other team members is important. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

Create social media content (photo, video, graphics) and schedule to Sal’s Pizza social pages.Act as “boots on the ground” influencer to capture and create content at Sal’s Pizza locations.Develop social media strategies and long-term calendars.Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns, loyalty promotions, SMS campaigns, and gift card promotions.Manage Sal’s Pizza mobile app content, promotions, and push notifications.Respond to all customer feedback and reviews.Handle customer gift card and loyalty questions.Manage third party platforms (Toast, Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, etc.).Provide bi-weekly reporting on all loyalty programs, promotions, social media, and website performance.Ensure Sals.com is updated at all times.Other marketing duties as assigned (ie. sourcing and ordering promotional materials, assisting team members with events, traveling to and from printers, etc.). Requirements Expert level computer skill and digital proficiency is 100% required.Expert level skill in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is 100% required.Expert level skill in social media management, content creation, and paid social is 100% required.Experience with Wix, Paytronix, Toast, Google Business, and Adobe Illustrator is helpful but not required.BA/BS degree preferred.3-5 years of marketing experience      .Positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to deliver great results.Attention to detail and quality of work product is imperative.Outgoing personality and ability to engage with staff and customers is imperative.Strong writing and verbal skills.

 

Job Type: This is a full-time, salaried position on-site at our Riverwalk campus.
