This is a full-time position, based in Jakarta
This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing through content creation and localisation, local partnership outreach, and digital targeting. Responsibilities include:
Hands-on Marketing Execution: Actively participate in the hands-on implementation and management of both digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
Take ownership of campaign management, from concept to execution, including direct involvement in content creation, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
Strategize and Manage Cross-Channel Marketing: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Manage a mix of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube) while exploring and testing new offline marketing channels to increase brand exposure and lead generation.
Offline Marketing & New Channel Exploration: Oversee and drive offline marketing efforts such as events, print campaigns, and other offline tactics.
Proactively identify and explore new offline channels for reaching target customers and generating leads.
Work closely with the sales team to align offline marketing activities with business development and partnership goals.
Public Speaking & Event Hosting: Confidently present and communicate marketing strategies, initiatives, and results in both English and the local language at internal and external meetings.
Act as the brand representative at press events, business development activities, and industry events.
Host events and webinars to engage with audiences, showcase services, and drive interest in the brand.
Support Cross-Functional Teams: Support the sales and partnership teams with marketing strategies and materials to boost lead generation, customer acquisition, and partner engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative briefs and direct the creation of public-facing print, digital, and video assets.
Lead Digital Growth: Manage and grow the company’s presence across digital channels, actively curating and optimizing content on social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the digital team to ensure content (copies, creatives, landing pages, EDM) achieves targeted ROAS and marketing objectives.
Business Development & Partnership: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with schools and corporate entities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to monitor, track, and support initiatives that drive country revenue.
Develop and deliver tailored marketing materials to strengthen partnership success.
Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor leads, conversions, and other key performance metrics, providing weekly/monthly progress reports across paid, organic, and earned media channels.
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve campaign strategies.
SEO & Website Management: Lead the website’s SEO and optimization strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Oversee website content updates and enhancements to align with ongoing marketing campaigns and business goals.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate events, urgent marketing activities, or cross-regional collaborations.
Be proactive and adaptable to changing business priorities, seeking opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies in both digital and offline spaces.
What skills and experience are required?
3-7 years of prior experience in areas of marketing, communications, public relations, branding or partnerships, depending on role applied.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa and ability to speak these languages idiomatically—strong command of writing in both English and Bahasa is required.
Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, social media, event planning and management, partnerships, public relations and SEO.
Strong project management skills and ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform marketing planning and strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, if considered for Marketing Manager role
