Marketing Specialist

End-to-end ownership of campaign planning and tactical execution including developing campaign objectives, budget and goals, creating marketing content and leading creative needs discussion with teammates, coordinating and executing against campaign and tactical plans, and tracking to campaign goalsWork with various marketing and cross-functional teams to coordinate and prioritize key marketing projects, adhere to budget, and update Marketing Managers on a regular basis.Work with external and internal marketing team colleagues, sales, editorial, customer support, creative resources and product stakeholders to ensure high quality output on time.Proactive Project Management of marketing campaigns and plans.Managing various and multiple marketing projects from start to end.Use a variety of resources and tools to execute marketing and sales support tactics.Support and run other marketing projects if necessaryDevelop marketing plan by identifying, developing and evaluating marketing tactics based upon prior marketing results and marketing strategy based on established business and marketing objectives.Develop and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns to meet the needs identified by Segment management to drive brand awareness, POS, new leads, retention and/or revenue.Assist in the new product launch plans or migration plans and roll out to customers, sales or customer support as applicable. Align with the Marketing function area as needed.  Generate creative and innovative ideas that will carry out into impactful marketing campaigns for all Tier 1 and 2 states, different jurisdictions and areas.Maintaining key business partner relationshipsContent management to support tactic and campaign objectives.

Manage data for updates, duplicates, follow-up, fulfillment and post reportingVarious monthly tasks provided by the Marketing Managers.Executing on special projects/assignments on a needed basis

Technical Competencies:

Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing.Experience in Content Management and CopywritingKnowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.Com, CRM, SalesforceKnowledgeable in SalesPro and Pardot (preferred)

Other Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be a Bachelor's degree holder (Marketing, Communications, or other similar degrees)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers. Preferably with at least 1 year experience in doing Marketing CampaignsAbility to calmly organize and prioritize your workload as you will be working across many different customer groups.Experience in a marketing tools and project management.Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.Ability to take direction and work independently yet can work in a team-driven atmosphere.
