Marketing Specialist
Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector. Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in a sector. Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams. Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. Experienced practitioner. Works independently. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems. Contributes to process improvements. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Key Responsibilities: + Campaign Management: Planning, building, and analyzing marketing campaigns using CRM Tools such as Pardot and Salesforce + Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring consistency and data-driven approaches. + Content Creation: Creating and editing landing pages, forms, and templates + Performance monitoring: Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns + Reporting: Building analytic reports and communicating project outcomes to leadership + Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Creatives, Product Marketing) to align goals, budgets and execution plans. + Adapt globally created content to locally relevant and compelling assets for various channels, including social posts, newsletters, digital ads, brochures, etc. + A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging traditional approaches to unlock better results. + Align marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives. ADHOC + Manage data for updates, duplicates, follow-up, fulfillment and post reporting + Various monthly tasks provided by the Marketing Managers. + Executing on special projects/assignments on a needed basis Technical Competencies: + Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing. + Experience in Content Management and Copywriting + Knowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.Com, CRM, Salesforce + Knowledgeable in SalesPro and Pardot (preferred) Qualifications and Experience: + Must possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field + Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative advertising strategies and overcome challenges in a dynamic e-commerce environment + Result oriented mindsets with a focus on delivering high quality campaigns and achieving performance goals + Passion for technology, e-commerce and digital marketing trends with a keen interest in staying updated on industry developments and best practices + Strong communication, Collaboration and stakeholder management abilities + Managing various and multiple marketing projects from start to end. + Ability to calmly organize and prioritize your workload as you will be working across many different customer groups. + Experience in a marketing tools and project management. + Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust. + Ability to take direction and work independently yet can work in a team-driven atmosphere.
