Our JBT Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading complex marketing projects and initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them. Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and business goals. Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and management of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and consistent with brand messaging. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Event Management: Plan and execute major marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Manage all aspects of event logistics and post-event analysis. Social Media Management: Develop and implement advanced social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Monitor social media channels, create and schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics. Analytics and Reporting: Use advanced analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and stay within budget. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives. Experience in the food processing or air transportation industry is a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Extensive experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools). Advanced understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and generate strategic insights. Attributes: Creative and innovative thinker. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.
