Role Summary:
This role will bring strong relationship building and be a key role in being “our clients’ best partner” work across the national portfolio of clients. The role will assist in planning, ideation and execution of the property specific client plans yearly, as well as work cross functionally with the experience, leasing, digital teams to integrate and plan for our clients’ success and ensure CF is viewed as a leader in client experience.
What you will deliver:
Monitor and manage the National Client Marketing Support Tracker to ensure KPIs and client strategy work is accomplished Execute property client marketing plans Drive retail sales, relationships, and digital marketing strategy by supporting our clients with client engagements on our CF channels across identified clients nationally Contribute to plans to support key new store openings, day-to-day property requests, and marketing initiatives, utilizing the Client Marketing Menu and deliver quality service to our clients in a timely and efficient manner Understand the property’s dynamic leasing environments by regularly attending Centres CTM (Client Tracking Meetings) and build strong relationships with key clients, leasing, and operation team to ensure we deliver on key property business objectives Execute on tactics to increase Retail Portal sign ups, ongoing client onboarding & offer approvals, track, and plan against the results Manage delivery of client content for local and national initiatives including issue management, quality control and meeting deadlines for production of assets required for Marcom, Digital and Experience teams Send client communication as required for Marketing programs or initiatives to clients at required properties Provide and maintain courteous, professional, and efficient service to internal/external clients and community groups by responding to requests for information and redirecting inquiries beyond own scope of expertise in order to maintain good levels of client service
What your strengths are:
It will be critical that this role has a strong attention to detail in management and execution to project timelines, budget management and overall task accountability. Solid verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to generate reports and contribute to presentations that showcase program performance or support recommendations. Innovative and growth mindset to identify potential opportunities as well application of industry-leading practices. Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to manage any challenges to successfully deliver against project goals, budgets, and timelines. Strong team building skills at a Specialist level and act as a strong role model against CF Values amongst the team.
What you need to succeed:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience Post secondary education preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or Event Marketing.Nice to Haves:
Knowledge in project management tool Asana. Knowledge in budget and invoice management tools. Knowledge in Google Suite.
