Marketing Specialist
Overview Full Time Remote with ability to work on-site in the Cheshire Medical Center and So. NH markets on a routine basis. Recommends, develops, and executes marketing and promotional plans for defined hospital and ambulatory services at Dartmouth Health member organizations. Responsibilities * Works with the Director, Regional Marketing and Clinical and Administrative leadership teams at specified Dartmouth Health member organizations to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns. Develops and tracks individual budgets and timelines. * Works with communications and marketing colleagues to develop strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the system and priority service lines, identifying methods, tools, budgets and vehicles to achieve plan goals for specific targeted audiences. * Works with the department’s production team and outside vendors, such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and photographers, providing them with detailed work plans and objectives, ensuring work is completed. * Assists in organizing and promoting community educational programs, events and sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with the Community Partnerships and Sponsorships team as appropriate. * Works in close collaboration with the communications staff at specific member organizations to support priority initiatives. * Works with other Communications and Marketing staff to guide the appropriate execution of the Dartmouth Health brand in all media formats: print, electronic, collateral material, vehicles, and facilities. * Researches, writes, proofreads, and edits marketing collateral for priority services at member organizations. * Assists in the development of the departmental budget. * Performs other duties as required or assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience in health care public relations or marketing or the equivalent required. * Excellent customer services and communications skills are a must, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity, maturity, flexibility, diplomacy, and the ability to work as part of a team. * The ability to multi-task, work under minimal supervision, and be able to meet deadlines while being accurate and attentive to details is essential.
