Job Description

Our creative and consistently busy marketing group is looking for a driven full-time Marketing Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment as part of a team dedicated to success. We focus on producing successful proposals, award submittals, and developing strong interview teams that contribute to the company’s bottom line and project backlog. The Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in driving company growth, enhancing our brand, and supporting our strategic initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables, ensuring alignment with company branding and client requirements.Review and analyze RFP/RFQ requirements to support the creation of compliant and tailored materials.Design and develop graphics, templates, and visuals to enhance proposal and presentation content.Coordinate with internal teams to gather data, bios, project information, and other necessary components for marketing collateral.Maintain databases of resumes, project sheets, photos, and past proposals for easy access and reuse.Contribute to social media content creation, website updates, and internal/external newsletters.Support event coordination, including trade shows, association activities, and company milestones.Assist with award submittals and marketing campaigns to promote company achievements and initiatives.Develop creative, on-brand messaging for marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency across platforms.Collaborate with teams to identify project successes for storytelling in marketing materials.Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to develop engaging and competitive content.Research industry trends, tools, and competitors to enhance company marketing strategies.Support internal corporate culture initiatives, including employee engagement activities and surveys.Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.6+ years of professional experience in marketing coordination, proposal development, or graphic design, preferably within the A/E/C industry.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, edit, and design engaging content.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Creative design skills with attention to detail and an eye for branding consistency.Proactive problem-solver who works well independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of modern marketing techniques, including digital campaigns and social media.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrezi and Canva experience.Video editing experience.Experience in social media content creation and website administration.Work Environment

This role will be 100% office-based, working within a small team including proposal writers, marketing specialists, and interfacing with construction teams. The normal working hours are from 8am to 5pm, with reasonable accommodations available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.73 - $45.96/hr.
