The Marketing Specialist at DuraServ is a versatile team player. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to support company growth and sales goals. You will collect and monitor metrics to track the performance of Marketing initiatives and summarize them to inform the Marketing Director. You will help to develop target audiences and assist with creating targeted messaging. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure design, strategy and goals are aligned. Social Media intelligence is a must as you will assist in creating compelling public-facing messaging on multiple platforms.
You will be expected to follow competitor strategies, industry trends and our customers’ preferences to identify opportunities and/or improvements.
Essential Functions
Partner with Marketing Director to identify and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Act as a key integrated partner with sales and corporate teams, developing and communicating marketing programs.Support all aspects of the DuraServ corporate and divisional brands, including participation in branding strategy, positioning, guidelines, and implementation with the highest quality standards.Oversee Email Marketing campaigns to plan, create and execute targeted messaging to customers and potential customers. Nurture leads and analyze metrics to optimize results.Oversee SEO and Google Ads efforts, develop and manage campaigns in conjunction with our agency partner. Conduct analytical research to measure performance, optimize spending and improve effectiveness.Manage our CRM efforts to implement recommendations, streamline lead generation and tracking, boost customer interactions and support sales initiatives.Maintain our multiple websites in conjunction with our agency partner to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user experience. Effectively communicate our brand message and support all customer-facing messaging. Update information as needed.Forge internal partnerships, acting as a key integrated partner who collaborates with internal stakeholders and teams to understand business objectives, messaging, and audiences. Write, edit, and produce high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, videos, infographics, and other marketing content. Work with Communications Manager to Plan and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with various departments to schedule and publish marketing-related content. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.Enact a social listening cadence to stay apprised of current marketing industry best practices, identifying and implementing strategies to increase our brand awareness. Monitor competitor efforts across all platforms.Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Experience in one or more of these fields instead of a degree will be considered.2-5 years’ experience with multiple Marketing disciplines in a multi-location business. Experience with Social Media technology, practices, analytics, and content creation platformsExperience with digital analytics and reporting
