Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will conduct market analyses using available marketing tools for existing and potential products, systems, and/or services for assigned markets. You will also showcase your expertise by creating end-user acceptance and specification offerings tailored to the target segments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitoring segment performance.The work model for the role is: HybridThis role is contributing to the Energy Industries business area in Longmeadow. You will be mainly accountable for:• Focus on Market Intelligence and insight ( i,e research , competitor analysis , key trends )• Better visibility on Installed Base for Automation as well as other IB (EL, Mo , MA) within our targeted segments for EN as well as top accounts• Ensure data integrity on EN IB and proactive engagement with Front End Sales Team to ensure full coverage (i.e. service contracts, site IDs)• Drive marketing campaigns on evolution – last time to buy etc.• Ownership on lifecycle reports and updates provided to customers on their status (customized reports and analysis)• Partnering up with Operation, Spares, front end Sales on IB data capturing / updates• Support with Sales force analysis and specific monthly reports (Visit reports stats, close date accuracy, opportunity creation and generation, lead generation & management )• Ownership of all market intelligence and project database reports – update weekly/ biweekly dashboards on key projects for targeted segments and proactively engage Solution team • Drive PAEN Marcom initiatives and project manage, coordinate on Events, Engagement with Agencies.You will join a dynamic & talented team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor Degree (Commerce, Marketing, Engineering) Experience in a similar role 2-3 years professional Experience Strategic thinker Experience and knowledge on marketing and sales Analytical background Advanced database skills such as Excel using pivot tables, Power BI, Salesforce Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates in line with the company's employment equity targets.
